Bible Study Questions for March 3rd, 2018

“Not far from [Mary Baker Eddy’s] home in North Groton [when she was married to Doctor Daniel Patterson and she was then known as Mary Patterson] there lived a retired minister, a devout old man, well over ninety. He was known as Father Merrill, and day after day he would walk over to [her] home to visit [her, as she] was bed-ridden most of the time, and the two would read the Bible and pray together.
“One day as he turned in at the gate from the road, to his complete surprise he looked up and say Mary all smiles and with arms outstretched coming down the path to meet him. With Father Merrill there was no doubt as to what had happened. He cried out at once with joy, ‘Praise God, He has answered our prayer.’”
